VentaPro Connector automatically synchronizes from your ERP to PrestaShop the data and files registered in PlusERP.
In addition, it synchronizes the data listed below, which corresponds to the core of your ERP information required on PrestaShop. This automatic synchronization process is done through the PrestaShop Web Services:

Products and their auxiliary tables

Products families, stock, characteristics, brands, references, EAN13, weights and volume, taxes, etc.

Customers and addresses including their auxiliary tables

Provinces, countries, taxes, etc.

Price rates, special prices and discounts

Including ALL the sales conditions contemplated in your ERP associated to each customer (which we have to agree upon in the implementation of the project). VentaPro performs a complex data transformation to transfer prices and discounts from your ERP to PrestaShop, ensuring that for each customer, for each item and minimum quantity, the price and discount in the customer order in your ERP is exactly the same as the one displayed on the PrestaShop cart.

Automatic synchronization from PrestaShop to the ERP, of the data that your customers register in PrestaShop.

This data recording in your ERP (orders, customers and addresses) is done through the tools provided by your ERP.

sales

While PrestaShop only has the history of orders created on the platform itself, this module provides us in PrestaShop the history of orders, delivery notes and invoices from the ERP.

It also allows you to configure the upload of quotes registered in the ERP to be able to confirm them in PrestaShop with the prices and discounts recorded for each customer.

Based on the invoices that the ERP must provide in PDF format, this module uploads your invoices from the ERP to PrestaShop, where customers can display them once they are logged in, having the correct legal invoice format of the company, instead of the standardized ones of PrestaShop.

When it comes to controlling stocks, PrestaShop only allows you to have one warehouse or a single stock per product. However, with our module you can manage several stocks per item, also linked to the country, state, or group of customers. This module allows us to apply tax exemption in PrestaShop, which is necessary in some B2B projects, on some electronics products, for certain reseller customers.

VIES

To apply 0% taxes to intra-community customers on PrestaShop who are registered in VIES and to synchronize with the ERP the upload and download of the VAT NUMBER to corresponding customers, adapting it to the particular configuration required by each ERP.

To have in PrestaShop Promotions where a minimum purchase amount is established between several products, to obtain an additional discount, and therefore, the customer can choose between the products that interest him within those established in each Promotion.

free of charge

A complementary module for the Mobile Software for Sales Representatives, which allows to assign permissions to the Sales Rep, so that depending on the amount of product sold to the customer, some units can be sent free of charges, as an alternative to a discount, allowing the Company to establish the rules they deem appropriate in order to limit the products to which this promotion can be applied and maximum % of product free of charges that the Sales Rep can register.

One Page Checkout

Our OPC module provides solutions to adapt PrestaShop to the ERP requirements, for example: separate billing and shipping addresses, being able to establish whether there can be a single or multiple billing addresses, in some B2B projects it is required that the customer cannot register or modify shipping addresses in relation to those existing on the ERP, it can be established that there is no second customer on the same NIF, and combinations with other modules to provide additional operations.

Budgets
to third parties

In B2B projects we have a solution where your customers can make budgets for their own private customers in an additional section on your PrestaShop store. In this way, you will be able to provide them with a personalized space in which they can use their own logo, and from managing and controlling their own budgets as if they had their own APP, to converting them into orders on PrestaShop.

Notifications
by email

This module alerts you when there is no stock, the customer can request to be notified from the product file when the product is available as well as their desired quantity, in addition, at that moment you will have proof of the customer’s request in case you need to carry out any additional management. Also, when a new customer is uploaded from the ERP to PrestaShop, a welcome email will be sent, and you can also send this welcome email to all customers uploaded to PrestaShop when the project goes into production.

Sales without stock
by group

In some B2B + B2C projects, B2B customers need to be able to place orders even if they do not have stock and B2C customers can only order when they have stock. As you know, PrestaShop supports one or the other solution, but it doesn’t support both solutions in the same project. With this module we can provide this solution in the same project.

Quantity with decimals
in the product

PrestaShop only supports selling quantities with whole numbers. If you need to sell items that require quantities with decimals, and you have it configured on the ERP, for example: you sell a product per m² on the ERP and the box has 2.50 m², our module will show the price of the complete box it on the PrestaShop Front, the m² that the box contains, and the price per m², so that your customers have all the information. The customer will buy complete boxes, and eventually when the order downloads to the ERP our Connector will transform the order to m², therefore, the order will be recorded on the ERP by m², covering your need.

Multiple quantity

PrestaShop allows you to register a minimum quantity of sale but does not contemplate multiples. With this module we provide a solution to be able to read the minimum quantity and its multiples from the ERP to upload them on PrestaShop. The customer must adapt to these quantities to be able to place the order on PrestaShop.

Auxiliary tables

This module provides us with the structure of auxiliary tables in products, customers and addresses to be able to contemplate the fields of your ERP that are needed merely as informative on PrestaShop.
